These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed with Khalbyte Global Ventures (SSM SA0641715-D) through this website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to them, together with our Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Return Policy.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is received and the order is confirmed to you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, when a price or product detail was published in error, or when we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount you paid.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices shown at checkout apply to your order. Some payment methods may add a payment fee, and some vouchers cannot be combined with certain payment methods. Both are shown before you pay. See our Payment Policy.

Stock availability

Stock is subject to availability. Items that are out of stock or still being sourced may take longer to ship. If the item you ordered cannot be supplied, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

Special purchase rules

• Processors are sold together with a compatible motherboard. Your cart must contain a motherboard with the same socket as the processor before you can check out.
• Graphics cards are sold as part of a complete PC set that includes a processor, motherboard, RAM, SSD, power supply and case.
• Combo discounts apply automatically when the required parts are in your cart, as shown in your cart and at checkout. Motherboards and the other parts can be bought separately.

Compatibility between parts (for example RAM type and motherboard) is the buyer's responsibility. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Delivery

We ship from Semenyih, Selangor. See our Shipping Policy for dispatch times and delivery details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Refunds and returns

Refunds and returns are handled under our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty stated on the product page (for example 1 year, 3 years or 3+1 years where registration is required). Warranty claims are handled according to the warranty terms of that brand. Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair or modification, or normal wear. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase.

Our liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit. Nothing here limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, supply disruption, courier delays, or failures of payment or internet services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
