Personal data we collect
- Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number
- Delivery and billing details: shipping and billing addresses
- Order information: items bought, amounts, payment method used and order history
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and cookies
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through contact forms
We do not see or store your full bank or card details. Payments are processed by our payment gateways (see below).

- to process and deliver your orders and send order updates
- to manage your account and give customer support
- to handle warranty, return and refund requests
- to prevent fraud and keep the website secure
- to send you offers and news, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time
- to meet legal and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with:
- Payment gateways such as CHIP and HitPay, to take and confirm payment
- Couriers and logistics partners, to deliver your parcel
- Email and website service providers that help us operate the store
- Authorities, when required by Malaysian law
We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and understand how the website is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website (such as the cart and checkout) may stop working.
Keeping your data safe

How long we keep it
