This policy explains when you can return an item to us.
Original condition only. We do not accept returns of items that are not in their original condition.
What counts as original condition
- sealed, unopened and unused, with the manufacturer's seal or tamper tape intact
- in the original box and packaging, undamaged
- with all accessories, manuals, cables, software or codes, and free gifts included
- no scratches, marks, dents, missing parts, stickers removed or signs of installation or use
Items we do not accept back
- items that have been opened, used, installed or modified
- items with missing or damaged packaging, accessories or serial numbers
- items damaged after delivery through misuse, power surge, liquid or physical damage
- memory cards, digital goods and software once opened or activated
Returning an item
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at sales@khalbyte.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our return approval and instructions. Please do not send anything back without approval.
- Pack the item securely in its original box and send it to the address we give you. Keep your proof of postage.
- We inspect the item when it arrives. If it is in original condition and the return is approved, we process the outcome under our Refund Policy or arrange a replacement.
Return shipping
If the return is because we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will arrange or cover the return shipping. For any other approved return, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.
Warranty claims
Faults covered by the manufacturer's warranty are handled as warranty claims rather than returns. Contact us with your invoice and we will guide you through the process.
