This policy explains how you pay for orders on the Khalbyte online store.
Currency
All prices and payments are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Payment methods and gateways
Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partners:
- CHIP: FPX online banking and DuitNow QR
- HitPay: buy now pay later and instalment options such as SPayLater and Atome, where available
The methods you can use are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. When you pay you are taken to the gateway's secure page, and your banking or card details are entered there, not on our website. Each gateway's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment.
Payment fees and vouchers
Some payment methods may add a payment fee, shown as a separate line in your order summary before you pay. Some vouchers cannot be used with certain payment methods. When this applies, the voucher is removed from your cart and you are told why. Buy now pay later providers may set minimum or maximum order values and their own approval rules.
When your order is confirmed
Your order is confirmed after the gateway tells us your payment was successful. Please do not close the payment page until you are returned to our store. If you were charged but do not see an order, contact us with your payment reference and we will check right away.
Failed or cancelled payments
If a payment fails or is cancelled, no order is created and your cart stays available so you can try again with the same or another method. Any amount a bank has temporarily held is released by your bank according to its own timeline.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the same gateway. Processing time depends on the gateway and your bank. See our Refund Policy.
Security
We never see or store your full card or bank login details. If you notice a payment you did not make, contact your bank and us immediately.
